KEET-TV YOUNG AUTHORS AND ILLUSTRATOR’S CONTEST AWARDS ANNOUNCED
Almost one hundred talented young writers and illustrators from all over the Northwestern California including Crescent City, Orleans, Bridgeville, Hayfork, Big Bar and Weaverville submitted original stories and illustrations for the KEET-TV Young Authors and Illustrator’s Contest organized by KEET-TV’s Ready to Learn Program. The winning entries, produced by KEET-TV interns and staff, will be screened at the KEET-TV studio on June 4 at 3:30 p.m. At the ceremony, each young author will receive participation certificates and winning story awards and a DVD of their produced story. Winning entries will also air between programs on KEET-TV throughout the month of June.
