How to Enter

To enter KEET's Downton Abbey Ball Raffle, purchase a $50 ticket before 11:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Saturday, February 1, 2020.

Eligibility

The contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older and in the United States. Employees and board members of KEET, and the members of their households are ineligible to participate in the contest or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Prize

One travel certificate good up to $5,000 includes for the winner and one guest: Round-trip flight from San Francisco, CA (SFO) to London-Heathrow, England (LHR); 4 nights' stay at the Thistle Hyde Park Hotel, breakfast Included; transfer fees; travel protection insurance; and Luxury Downton Abbey Experience with Lunch including a stop at Highclere Castle: Tour inside the iconic castle before dining on some delicious lunch and strolling the beautiful grounds.

Selection of Winner

From all entries, prizewinner will be chosen at random. Prizewinner need not be present to win. The prizewinner will be announced at the conclusion of the drawing on Saturday, February 1, 2020. If not present, the prizewinner will be notified by phone and/or email.

KEET is not responsible for any mechanical telephone error, failure or omission; misdirected e-mail; or e-mail service disruption.

If the prizewinner does not claim the prize within seven (7) business days after the winner is announced, that contestant will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected in order from the alternate entries drawn.

KEET reserves the right at any time to award the prize to another eligible prizewinner drawn at random in the event prize, for any reason, cannot be utilized by the original prizewinner or in the event the original prizewinner does not meet eligibility requirements. If a prizewinner fails to accept the prize for any reason, no make-good prize will be awarded nor will there be replacements for the forfeited prize.

All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of the prize, the selection of prizewinners and the interpretation of these rules are final. Each entrant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.

Conditions

Prizewinner accepts responsibility for all taxes, tips, and other liabilities. The prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.

By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless KEET and Redwood Empire Public Television, Inc., including all officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in a KEET promotion.
